Cats Of Malta

I met the friendliest bunch of cats during my trip to Malta.  I was surprised at how many ferrel cats they have over there. People regularly feed them, so no one's starving!  Here are some shots of some of the cats I met during my stay.

Doo Doo The Dog

His name is Doo Doo, as in doggy doo doo. That's what his fisherman friend told me, which in Maltese apparently means minnows? On my recent travels to Malta, I noticed that there weren't that many dogs around, but about a bazillion cats.  Doo Doo was one of the few dogs  I got to take a snapshot of.  He can be found every day at the same spot in St Juliens Bay, alongside the fisherman making fishing nets by hand.  Doo Doo is really quite friendly.
